No: My wife is an OB so i will answer this for her. No. There is no limit to the number of c sections one can have but would have to be careful if ever attempted a vaginal delivery following csection.

Depends: But 4 is a good number. The uterus may be subject to rupture at some point in subsequent pregnancies if too many caesarians have been done. The OB can decide after each section if the uterus looks healthy enough for another one.
