Normal.: You must be thin. You are seeing the transmitted pulsations of a normal aorta since the AAA is negative. It may be worse when you are smoking since tobacco may increase your blood pressure and pulse rate.

Fools aneurysm: You are 19 male and are concerned about an aneurysm in your abdomen. You had an ultrasound which did not show aneurysm. This is referred to as a fool aneurysm. You are most likely thin. Most important thing to do is quit smoking.
