Pain: Upper chest and back pain intermittently recurring after eating suggests gastronesophageal reflux. Gastritis or stomach ulcer are considerations. This could be triggered by long term use of NSAID (ibuprofen). Other more serious conditions may present this way. It would be wise to see a physician to have a proper history and perform an examination to determine what testing might be necessary.
