Fevers?: I think a major symptom that would help would be whether or not you have fever. Sounds like you certainly are having a terrible time. I would at the very least, drink plenty of liquids and eat natural bland foods. If you are having fevers or this lasts longer that 48 hours, I would go see a doctor.
