Eating disorder: Many times it is normal to have variation in appetite. Make sure you are not loosing weight. Get a complete check up to r/o underlying problems. Regular exercise and healthy eating is important.

Some basics: Fasting can remove hunger after a point as your system adjusts to burning off fat/stored reserves. When you eat carbs (sugars/breads/etc.) these trigger insulin release to transfer the sugar into cells which can naturally stimulate constant appetite when the sugar has been transferred (& blood sugar drops). You need to learn about balancing your diet pattern & selections to achieve a stable system
