Depends?: It depends? How long has it been there? Days? If so, no er. Is it bright red? If yes, go to er. Does he have a fever? If yes, go to er. If you are not touching it, is he his usual, happy, eating, playful self? If so, no er. If he's otherwise good (except when you touch it) then he can wait 'till tomorrow - call his doctor 1st thing though and have him checked out. Good luck.

Call Pediatrician: Page your pediatrician and explain what is going on--might be able to see you in office, or might agree with er visit. If the "bump" just appeared -and- the baby becomes irritable/fussy, or gets a fever, or won't feed, or vomits, then safest answer to go to er.
