Proctitis?: Answer depends on if any exposures to unpurified water, foreign travel, anal intercourse or sex-play, general health & immune status, etc. But, if these are ok, then can try hemorrhoid-type steroid cream to area for a few days. If no change in 3-5 days, see your dr for exam and possibly GI referral, depending on concerns raised.
