HPV can cause cancer: Hpv stage two is most likely a report of the pap smear. If the cervical cells show any change that can be predictive that you are at risk for getting cancer then they grade the changes. The grades range from zero to five. Stage two means that you will be offered further testing and even treatment to stop this progression towards cervical cancer.
