Public librarian & work w/moms/kids/elderly. just diagnosed w/acute cmv @ highly contagious stage, very mono-like. i have no sick leave. no extra $$. what risk for public if i return to work now?

See below: You should not be around people especially pregnant women at this infectious stage. A pregnant woman who acquires CMV can have devastating effects to the pregnancy. If you can not take sick leave see if you can do another job at the library where you are not exposed to the public. Your supervisor really should understand.
