See a dentist: Proper diagnosis can only be made after an exam by a dentist. There are several things that cause white spots on the tongue as well as red spots. And there are several things that cause bad breath. You should really make an appointment in see a dentist soon.

May not be Rel: The two are separate entities but can present as symptoms of a viral or bacterial infection where your autoimmune system is burdened.
