Cancer stroke: There is higher risk for stroke in cancer pt due to relative hypercouglable state of cancer. Depending on chemo agent they can increase risk for strokes. Don't get caught too much on this. Talk to doctors and oncologists about your particular cancer and treatments.

Stroke: Yes. Cancer cause more clots in body and then cause more stroke.
