Yes: Yes, if you are someone who gets migraine headaches, oversleeping sleep can trigger a migraine so can sleep deprivation. That is why we tell our migraine patients to try to stick to a fixed sleeping schedule. It is not uncommon for migrainers to get headaches at the end of the weekend or after a period of rest (rather than during the stressful period itself). Hope you feel better.
