Hand Eczema: 1. Wash the hands as infrequently as possible and use gentle soaps-i.e. Dove 2. Apply a hand cream after washing and during the day. Neutragena hand cream and cetaphil hand cream are both great. 3. Keep the hands out of water--use rubber gloves with cotton liners when doing dishes. 4. Go to your doctor for corticosteroid ointments (sometimes creams work) when things start to flare.
