Apply under occlusio: Try applying steroids creams under occlusion with white cotton gloves at night time. Can you switch to nitrile or vinyl gloves?

? Latex allergy: Use of systemic steroids might help initially, but later it would be hard to control your symptoms. You may very well have latex allergy, or possibly just eczema from any cause. Kindly see an allergist/dermatologist for better management, good luck
