What is to expect immediately after to 1hr after a vaginal delivery?

Depends: Depending on if there's been an epidural, there may be some discomfort. There will be cramping as your uterus contracts to prevent bleeding. You will be very tired! and in a very good way, life as you know it will change forever .... And you may finally understand your mother :).

Important: This is a very important time for both you and your newborn baby. During this time, your placenta will be delivered and any lacerations will be repaired. Your vital signs will be monitored closely as will your bleeding pattern. Bonding time with your baby will also begin immediately, which is a very important natural experience. Pediatrians will also monitor your baby very closely.
