How long does it take for stitches to heal after vaginal delivery?

YOUR OB SHOULD Have: Already told you that ! if not call your OB up as that is something they should have told you like i tell all of my patients before they go home from the hospital, they should be healed by 6 weeks if you are worried that it is red or hurts or is too swollen or coming apart which hopefully non of that will happen you should call your OB to be seen asap.
