Unknowable: Doctors can't accurately predict a particular person's lifespan just based on that simple information. Some people with coronary artery disease are dead before they ever reach 50, while others live to a ripe old age (if they change their lifestyles to one of good habits, and follow along with a doctor's care very diligently).

Varies: Symptoms or not? If angina or heart attack those frequently can be fixed if medications do not control. If claudication, there are repairs that may be indicated. First: stop smoking, lose weight, begin an exercize effort with guidance control BP and cholesterol.
