Bursa: Could be a bursa sac. Ne to be checked. Treatment can range from ice to injection to surgery.

Bursitis: Most likely bursitis (inflammation of the bursa). Trauma can also cause fluid build up in the bursa. Kneeling (carpet layers knee) is also commonly associated. Treatment is usually observation. Ice, compression, nsaids are conservative options. Aspiration, cortisone injection, and surgery are more aggressive options.
