Aromatherapy + eval: I agree w dr.Latif that seeing a sleep medicine specialist is in order. You may need at polysomnogram. In addition to the sleep hygiene tips from dr. Ali, I am offering some aromatherapy info. Aromatherapy can help to promote deeper sleep and to increase sleep time. Lavender, chamomile & ylang-ylang essential oils are beneficial.
