Teeth: They should not be loose unless you have significant bone loss so yes i would see the surgeon asap to be sure the area is not infected or there is some other issue.

Get it checked: The extraction of your wisdom tooth should not make four other teeth loose. At times one adjacent tooth may feel loose for a few days due to the procedure, but it usually heals quite quickly. If they really are loose, there must be a reason.
