Need Evaluation: Your history indicates a clear ovulation defect and needs evaluation and treatment. This history tells us that you are unlikely to achieve pregnancy and if you did, a higher rate of miscarriage, maybe as high as 50% or so. The discharge is very non specific and i wouldn't go on that alone. The most likely diagnosis is pcos. Best of luck.

Ovulation: If you mean your periods are typically 3 months apart then it will be difficult to get pregnant because you most likely are not ovulating regularly. I would also recommend you have your doctor check some hormone levels that can contribute to irregular periods as well. You will probably benefit from ovulation induction meds like Clomid (clomiphene) or femara.
