I suffer from rheumatoid arthritis frm past 20 years.hv been on medications which led to side effects.is physiotherapy a good option to deal with it?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Rheumatoid Arthritis: Physical therapy is a very good option in RA to prevent muscle atrophy and joint pain. You have to consult physiatrist ( not psychiatrist!) to formulate appropriate pt plan. Ask your pcp or rheumatologist to refer you to one!
