Enuresis: Bedwetting is common and virtually never fault of the bed wetter. He needs support, sympathy & reassurance that he will grow out of it. His brain is not responding to signals from bladder whilst asleep or is making too much urine at night. Have u or parents tried waking him 1 - 2 hrs after he goes to sleep, to urinate? Has a bedwetting alarm been tried. Needs to consult urologist if wetting by day.

Pediatrician: There may be an structural issue with control of his urine or this could well be a manifestation of some psychological issues. The best thing to do is discuss with your parents and have your brother be seen by his pediatrician and then referred for specialty care if necessary. You sound like a great brother in wanting to help him. Do this soon, don't feel like you are squealing on him. Good luck.
