Be checked now...: Nasal septoplasty itself should not induce voiding difficulty, but general anesthesia + IV infusion may unintentionally & inadvertently overstretch the bladder leading to bladder muscle dysfunction. So, go to be checked so to assure not developing pending urinary retention as soon as possible; do not try to wait it out.
