I'm flying and am very anxious as it's a long floght. should i take xanax (alprazolam) or dramamine to relax. doc gave me a very low dose of xanax (alprazolam).

Xanax (alprazolam): As prescribed it should be fine.

Relax: Try reading and/or viewing a movie during the flight to let your body naturally relax and take your mind off of scaring yourself.

Avoid meds: If at all possible, avoid taking meds for the normal stresses of a rich, full modern life. Especially, focus on the purpose of your flight and what it means to you.
