Anxiety of flying: I understand your discomfort. If you have not had motion sickness before, it can also be symptom of Anxiety. Take Xanax (alprazolam) 0.5mg now, it will relieve you of your Anxiety and nausea. For severe nausea take 1 Dramamine after 2 hours. Taking Xanax (alprazolam) with Dramamine can increase dizziness, sedation, and possible incoordination. bon vo·yage!
