Unsure: If you are referring to Dramamine Non-Drowsy Naturals which contains ginger it would be taken ½ hour before hand. However, I don't know what the proper dosage is. Per Drugs .Com - there is no drug interaction with Xanax (alprazolam). My concern is that the xanax might be very sedating - and so you might not wake up after such a short flight.
