Spotting: 30 year old lady with concern about spotting. Unknown what part of your menstrual cycle this is occurring in, only in the context of safe sex 5 days ago. Your past medical history of syncope, vertigo, weakness could point to a cardiovascular or thyroid abnormality and I think you need a full exam regardless and your OB/GYN can discuss spotting in context of menstrual cycle.
