Nerve pain i have diabetes how do i heal my nerve pain without medication?

Better glucose contr: Better glucose control may help nerve pain, but pain can actually temporarily worsen as glucose normalizes, and then it improves. Otherwise, it is too late and the damage has been done. Unless it improves with glucose control, there is not other treatment than medication.

Unfortunately: Unfortunately, there is no cure. Medications offer the best chance to reduce the pain.
