All or nothing.: At that early embryonic stage of development, noxious insults result in pregnancy loss or no consequences. If you are already 32 weeks pregnant, my guess is that you are out of the woods. Talk to a maternal-fetal medicine specialist for detailed ultrasound so as to assess fetal growth and anatomy and reassure yourself.
