BV: The metronidazole dosen't decrease your chances of conceiving. The data on bacterial vaginosis is less clear but no definite association with a lower chance of conception has been shown. We have seen higher rates of pregnancy complications secondary to BV however so keep taking your metronidazole and best wishes. Hope this helps.
