Heart normal, ECG 2d echo, and holter beacause I have a chest pain and difficulty breathing, why?
My ECG result shows probable left atrial enlargement. I don't have any chest pain or difficulty breathing, just occasional palpitations. Can you please tell me whether this result is concerning? Heart ultrasound (July 2022) was good, no issues found?
