Please ask your doc: The doc who did your surgery should have gone over all of that with you, so please ask your gyn that question, if everything healed up fine, then should be no problems as you will have hormones from the one ovary so u will not be menopausal and u will need paps of your cervix just like before your surgery and hopefully your ovary will stay healthy but you could get ovarian cysts no diff than befo.
