Muscle pain: It is very unlikely that Alprazolam cause muscular pain or twitching. Anxiety is associated to chronic pain disorders, as well as depression and irritable bowel disease. Whether is in the context of fibromyalgia or not, the muscular tension associates with anxiety, and exercise is the best treatment for both conditions. Start gradually until you get fit, do not smoke or drink, eat healthy.
