Why doesnt my alprazolam (xanax) work as well as when i first rxd it about 3 years ago. ive take 2-4mg daily prn? take roughly 10 months out of the year give or take.

Tollerance: Xanax is a benzodiazepine and like alcohol your body develops a tollerance.
