I have had diarrhea for 2 weeks and a stiff neck. i was wondering what's wrong.

See a doctor: Impossible to diagnose over internet. Two wks is a long time to have undiagnosed diarrhea. Do not know whether the stiff neck is related in any fashion, but if you describe all symptoms to doctor and allow a physical exam you should have a reasonable explanation and outcome.
