Well, considering u: Have been worked up, may need top down approach. Likely stress and mood. Sleeping at night? Panic attacks, crying spells, difficulty concentrating? Do you clinch or grind teeth at night, recurrent headaches? Look up irritable bowel syndrome, the fatigue likely mood w/ physical symptoms, see doc, consider low dose Clonazepam if insomnia (esp if clinching) low dose ssri, sertraline25 mg 2 strt.

Need evaluation: It sounds like you have had some testing done- but there are other conditions that can cause these symptoms. The first thing would be to clarify if the symptoms are related. As for thyroid eval- which is consistent w your symptoms- make sure a complete panel of test were done. There are other infections, or conditions like celiac disease or irritable bowel syndrome. Go see GI doctor for eval.

Many possibilities: First, when you say "thyroid ok" how do you know that? Most docs only check tsh. Most with thyroid issues have "normal" tsh. Check free t3, (liothyronine) thyroid antibodies etc.- see http://www.Stopthethyroidmadness.Com/tsh-why-its-useless/ the stomach issues could be food sensitivities- lactose intolerance, celiac etc. You might have parasites-labs often miss these.
