Currently tapering down effexor (venlafaxine) and getting on celexa. i take 75 mg eff and 10 mg cel. i'm really liking this combo. the goal is to get off of eff but what if this combo works can i be on 2 diff meds?

Effexor (venlafaxine) is an snri an d Celexa is an ssri and the combination causes the reuptake of the neurotransmitters serotonin and norepinephrine which are deficient in depression . In fact, a lot of psychiatrists have used combinations of antidepressants to target symptoms that one antidepressant inadequately treats.
