Itchy rash : Many possibilities for itchy rashes: eczema, allergic reaction to foods or medications, hives, viral rash, scabies, and many others. Please see your dermatologist for a more definitive diagnosis and treatment. If you have hives (urticaria) and any itchiness or swelling of lips, tongue or throat or any difficulty breathing, get to er right away.

Folliculitis : Could be that your itch is from the inflammation associated with the acne like eruption on your face , arms and legs --- if so use anti-bacterial soap and an oral or topical antibiotic may be in order ...
