See an id consultant: You have an infection that is more common in pts who take multiple antibiotics. You need to see an infectious disease specialist for proper management. You may also need a further evaluation of your gu tract by urology. This is a serious problem related to excessive antibiotic use.

Multidrug resistance: More information is needed before advising on what to do next. Why was the urine culture checked? what were the patient's complain? ---> It may be what we call asymptomatic bacteriuria. In that case no treatment is indicated.
