I have been having vaginal bleeding for a month now which initially started off as a normal menstrual cycle. i tried to treat it with cyclokapron but unsuccessful. previous hx of iucd reinsertion in august 2017 followed by esbl in urine in october ?

Diagnosis: irregular bleeding can be common in the perimenopausal years. Bleeding for a month may indicate a problem such an endometrial polyp or fibroid. Consider seeing an Obgyn for an examination, sonogram and hormonal evaluation
