Question unclear: Gleason score for prostate cancer depends upon a biopsy or tissue diagnosis of a surgical prostatectomy specimen. Gleason graded according to microscopic appearance of cancer grades between 1-5. 1 being least malignant. Score is obtained by adding grade # of most prevalent cell type to grade # of second most prevalent cell type. Thus grade4 + grade 3 gets a gleason score of 7.

Not possible: There is no way to get a gleason score without a biopsy. The grade is determined by the pathologist's interpretation of an actual tissue sample, and the two most commonly seen patterns are added together to get a gleason score.
