As far as is known..: Paracetamol is generally considered safe to use during pregnancy but recent research suggests that babies of moms who use it in mid-to-late pregnancy have increased risk of asthma. It seems safe in early pregnancy but i advise avoiding all meds if possible in the first weeks of pregnancy to be cautious.
