Some chance: First, HIV does not cause a rash, so while you may have a sexually transmitted disease that isn't hiv. Since your contact may have been infected recently before being tested, a negative test on the day of sex isn't proof he/she wasn't infected. See a doctor, get retested, and always use protection!
