There are NO medical conditions or medications that have any effect on the HIV AgAb (4th generation) blood tests. Your results prove you once had hepatitis A (or were vaccinated against it), but not HIV or hepatitis B or C. Your negative HIV test at 3 months was conclusive; the rest were unnecessary. You definitely to not have it. Stop testing for any of these infections.
