Positive Glucose Tes: Fasting blood glucose of >126 is concerning for diabetes (dm) and should be confirmed by another test. A hemoglobin a1c can tell you the glucose level over 3 months. Early symptoms of dm are fatigue, increased thirst and large volume urination. Alcohol contains a large amount if sugar and should be avoided. Follow the mediterranean diet and see your doctor!
