Many things...: It is possible this is something completely different. But there are gallstone issues that may persist after surgery (primary common duct stones, missed cbd stones, retained/spilled stones etc) that could cause symptoms similar to one of your old gb attacks. Reflux, ulcers, gastritis, incisional hernias etc are other causes. See your surgeon to begin work up.
