Water: Water is great. Skip the juice, coffees, or protein drinks. Have whole fruit, some healthy protein (like egg whites), some oatmeal - and you've got yourself a great start to the day.

Green tea: I agree with dr. Duchicela that water reigns supreme. But if you are looking for a little pick me up that also has health benefits, consider "hyson" or "gunpowder" (temple of heaven) green teas.
