Sounds like : A hyperemic situation or could be a wisdom tooth problem. In ang event you need to be evaluated by a dentist asap for appropriate treatment. Hope this helps and thanks for the question.

Infection: Pain is your body's way of telling you that something is seriously wrong. You need to have the infection eliminated, not just masked with a pain killer. Ibuprofen will not cure infection. Please go see dentist now before you wind up in the er. This is serious.
