Only one: If you miss only one/month, you're ok, but more than one in a row can cause problems. Talk w/your doctor. By the way, ocps doesn't control pcos, it just masks it. The problem is Insulin resistance, and the best treatment for that is metformin, which can lower Insulin resistance and often normalize menses and restore fertility. Other therapies are available for other pcos problems.

Not Really: Missing one day of most ocp should not affect your cycle. However missing up to 3 days may throw lo dose ocp off cycle resulting in spotting. Best to consult with prescribing md.

Depends: On the type of pill and which week you skipped the pill. You should resume taking the next pill but if you get some breakthrough bleeding don't be surprised. You should try setting a timer for yourself so that in the future you won't forget.
